Viktoryia D Kazlouskaya, MD, PhD

Viktoryia Kazlouskaya, MD, PhD was educated in her home country of Belarus, prior to immigrating to the United States. Dr. Kazlouskaya earned both a medical degree and a PhD from Vitebsk State Medical University, where she also completed her residency in Dermatology and Venereology.  She joined the faculty at Vitebsk State Medical University, as an Assistant Professor, before being named Chairman of the Dermatovenereology Department at Gomel State Medical University in Belarus. 

Dr. Kazlouskaya repeated her residency training in the United States, successfully graduating from her Dermatology residency program at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in New York State in June 2019.  She completed her Dermatopathology Fellowship at the Department of Dermatology at the University of Pittsburgh in June 2020.
