Originally from Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Rachel Lim, MD, attended Brown University where she graduated magna cum laude with bachelor's degrees in economics and biology. She then earned her medical degree from the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and completed her internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Brockton Hospital. Her clinical and research interests include cutaneous oncology and skin cancer epidemiology.
In her free time, Dr. Lim enjoys knitting, live theater, trivia, and group fitness classes. Her favorite things to do in Pittsburgh include taking long walks around her neighborhood and trying new specialty ice cream shops with her partner, who is a UPMC neurosurgery resident.
