Dr. Arunthamakun is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. She successfully earned a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University, followed by her medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences. Subsequently, she completed her training in Pathology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) and is excited to continue her training as a Dermatopathology Fellow at UPMC.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two toddlers as well as hosting family and friends. Her favorite things to do in Pittsburgh include apple picking at Soergel's Orchards in the fall and trying new restaurants with family and friends.
