Dr. Lobl is originally from Chicago, Illinois and completed her undergraduate work at the University of Miami, where she earned a dual degree in Biology/Chemistry and Business, specifically Health Sector Management and Policy. She successfully completed the MD/PhD program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center where she earned a PhD in Cancer Research with a certificate in Biostatistics. Her doctoral thesis project was largely clinical-translational and involved analyzing next-generation sequencing data to identify mutational targets in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. She graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine with Distinction in 2023 and completed her internship at the MetroWest Medical Center. She is interested in cutaneous oncology, transplant dermatology, and Mohs micrographic surgery. Other interests within dermatology include DEI in dermatology and clinical/translational research.
